Differences between types of transformers
Hello,
I'm trying to understand the difference between the following kind of transformers:
EC002486 - One-phase control transformer
EC002485 - Three-phase control transformer
vs.
EC002046 - Power supply transformer
I'm trying to classify non-variable transformers and autotransformers, and I'm not sure where to put them. I've seen that in EC002486 and EC002485, both "Transformer" and "Autotransformer" are included as synonyms, so both types would go into these classes, right? The difference would be basically if they are one-phase or three-phase.
However, EC002046 seems a more generic class, where EC002485 and EC002486 could be included. What kind of products are to be classified in this class?
Thanks very much,
Roberto

Hello again,
I include some links to the kind of products I'm working with:

Roberto, again not an area where I have enough expertise. As I can see a control transformer is used to supply power to auxiliary circuits and is not suitable for higher vA? I hope we have better experts reading this like @benmartens who sure will know the difference.
