Local Features not in IXF file (ETIM Dynamic)?
For example, Product Class EC010676 (Rubber flange gasket (DIN)) does not contain the (local)
features EFDE0002, EFNL0001 and EFNL0002.

Local standard features are only in CMT for now, preparing for ETIM 8.0. The IXF format needs to be updated to allow for the codes like EFNL0001. At first we did release those in dynamic release already, but got some notifications that receiving software gave errors on those codes. So officially the local standard features will be introduced with ETIM 8.
