Plug that gets drilled directly into the wall, without previous drill hole?

I attach an image of a plug that gets drilled directly into the wall and is fixed, and afterwards the nail is introduced. Here is a video which explains the process:
I guess this kind of product would need a new class, right?

No new class, should go in EC000089 - All-purpose plug. The example 'Gipskartonduebel' already gives the hint. Feature EF000010: Model = EV001593: Plasterboard plug that might however not be clearly distinguishable from EV002897: Spiral plug.
