Why can I only choose between 'all sectors' or 'electrical' in the tool?

The electrical sector is supported in all ETIM countries, the other sectors not yet. If you would send product classification for example for a sanitary product to a country only supporting ETIM for electrical, the target system will not recognize the used class. If there is a need to differentiate the other sectors as well individually we can of course do that, but for now there was only the wish to be able to 'isolate' the electrical sector.
