What is ETIM DYNAMIC release?

I was wondering what was the meaning of the "Dynamic" release of ETIM. I attach a screenshot of where I have seen it.

See chapter 4.3 of the ETIM guidelines for an explanation, which you can download here https://www.etim-international.com/downloads/category/3-classification-and-format. Dynamic release is optional, at the moment only the Netherlands are really using it to make (approved) changes available on a daily basis.
