EF012171 - Dimming depending on control gear (L)

Hello,

I'm wondering what this feature means in luminaires, because just after we have the different dimming options, such as

EF012152 - Dimming 0-10 V (L)
EF012153 - Dimming 1-10 V (L) 
EF012154 - Dimming DALI (L)

which I understand, if the luminaire is capable of these dimming options or not, but what does "Dimming depending on control gear" mean?

If the control gear is not integrated/included with the product, it can depend on the type of optional control gear you combine with the luminaire, which dimming methods are supported.
